You will then be directed to a secure page managed by a third party called Law Pay so that no one at Elder Needs Law, PLLC will ever have access to your banking or credit card information. Law Pay uses PCI Level 1 compliance (the highest level of internet security available).

PAYMENT NOTES: (most payments are non-refundable)
1) If you are submitting payment for an initial consultation, the fee is non-refundable (in all cases). However, if you hire the firm to do any work within 60 days of the consultation, the most recent consult fee will be applied as a credit toward any final balance.
2) If you are submitting payment for anything else, the fee is also non-refundable: (i) once work is completed (in all cases); or (ii) subject to the terms of your Engagement Agreement or Representation Terms, which will be emailed to you separately.
