Tracy oversees all reporting on Medicaid client cases, using Matter Tracking Reports to keep clients and the team up-to-date on progress and milestones. In addition to overseeing Medicaid application submissions to Medicaid/DCF, Tracy leads weekly Medicaid Team meetings, aligning the team on case strategies and workflow efficiency.
