Where is the Plantation elder law office located?
Our Plantation office is at 8551 W Sunrise Blvd, Suite 102, Plantation, FL 33322. It is a by appointment satellite office serving Broward County. Use the contact button to schedule a consultation.
Do I have to come to your Plantation office in person?
No. Most Broward clients handle the entire process remotely via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone. We use the Plantation office for clients who prefer to meet in person.
Can you help if my parents are already in a Broward nursing home?
Yes. We regularly help families whose loved one is already admitted to a Broward skilled nursing facility, including Covenant Village Care Center, Manor Pines Convalescent Center, Plantation Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, West Broward Rehabilitation and Healthcare, and others. Crisis Medicaid planning is possible even after admission.
How much does a Plantation elder law attorney cost?
Most of our engagements are flat fee, not hourly, so you know your cost up front. The amount depends on the complexity of the matter. A simple will is far less than crisis Medicaid planning for a married couple with significant assets. We discuss fees during the initial consultation.
Do you take cases in other Broward cities like Coral Springs or Weston?
Yes. From Plantation we serve all of Broward County. See the neighborhood list above for representative coverage.
